Bigger Breasts Exercise For A Naturally Bigger Breasts
- Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor slightly to the side and in front of your shoulders.
- Bend your elbows and lower your entire body at once.
- Push back up.
P/S: For starters, you can modify the push-ups by pressing against a wall while standing.
- Stretch your arms straight in front of you, at shoulder level.
- Clench your fist, and pull in towards your shoulder (as if you are pulling strenuously).
- Stretch your arms again and repeat.
P/S: For better results. you could lie on your back and grab hold of a dumbbell or water bottle of equal weight in each hand.
